Our helpful customer service team is available to assist you in selecting the right product to meet your needs before you make a purchase.

If, on the rare occasion, you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us at sales@linenemporium.com with your name, address, phone number, order number, a brief description of the fault, and how the product was used. We will then provide you with further guidance.

14-Day Guarantee

Orders placed on this website and shipped to an Australian postal address are covered by our 14-day guarantee (Clearance items are excluded). Within 14 days of purchase, you can return your eligible product for an exchange or refund if it does not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, Change of Mind returns are only available for our Australian Customers at this time.

For a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the bedding cannot be slept in or washed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping

There may be further delays if your package is being held in customs. Customers are liable for customs and duties in their country and will be contacted by local customs agencies directly to settle these charges.

Warranty

We want our customers to feel confident in our products. If any of our products fail to meet our quality standards due to faulty workmanship or structural defects within the first 12 months of purchase, we will replace the item with a new one*.

*Please note that any products that have been damaged due to inappropriate use, such as being physically damaged, burnt, cut, torn, or abnormally soiled or unsanitary, will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.

For all exchanges and refunds, an original sales receipt must be provided as valid proof of purchase for any warranty claim.

Faulty Product

Once proof of purchase has been established, we will offer you a refund, repair or exchange, if the product fault can be clearly determined. However, if the product has sustained damage due to inappropriate use, Linen Emporium cannot offer a refund, exchange, or repair. In order to receive a refund, repair, or exchange, you must provide clear proof of purchase, typically a sales receipt.

If we determine that your claim in respect of a product is valid, we will replace the product with the same or a similar product at no cost to you, and, if applicable, reimburse you for the cost of sending the product to Linen Emporium via registered mail.

Due to health reasons, we cannot offer returns or refunds on our duvets/quilts, mattress toppers, mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors.
